« Overall, I thought the cottage was very nice. The description to the beach says a 5 minute walk, but it’s actually one minute! There are a few things that need to be fixed, but other than that, I enjoyed myself. »

Location is perfect because it’s easily walkable to downtown but also quiet and the short walk to the duck pond was beautiful!
