« We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water....

« Very cute and clean. Within a 10-30 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. The shops in East Milton close at 4pm during the week (FYI). The owners were super easy to work with for check-in/out. A nice little, nostalgic place to stay. Reminded me of my grandma's house. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay at this unusual farmhouse. It was very clean and well stocked. The ground around it absolutely beautiful. Our granddaughter had a wonderful time on the swing, creek and seeing the animals. Everyone really had a great time. The hospitality was wonderful. Jeff and Donna were so very kind and helpful.
