« Property was ideally located, easy 5 minute walk to downtown Rockford via road or scenic river walkway accessible from right behind the property. It was also an easy drive to LMCU Park for an evening ball game and convenient to northern Kent County to visit family as well as Deer Track Junction which our grandkids love. Everything was as described, the property was clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. The only thing that could have been better is there is a nice large deck...

« Let me preface by saying this was such an adorable and comfortable place to stay at. My 1-star for the check-in process is not directed to the owner but to the other tenants staying there. They locked the main entrance, which they weren’t supposed to, so upon our late arrival we couldn’t get into the place until the following day. « Very comfortable place to stay for a couple weeks. The kitchen is set up very well. Great to have two bathrooms and also laundry. Second time we have stayed and would definitely stay again. »

« We just needed a place to sleep and shower. Property was fine for this. Parking was kind of tight with narrow drive, but adequate. Plenty of room inside for the two of us. Apartment door must have previously been kicked in and didn’t look very secure. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important inside while we were away. Overall, it worked for sleeping and showering. »
