« Christine's response time was more than excellent! There was a lot of snow up here in the last few months and we needed the patio shoveled off so we could use the grille for our dinner. She arrived with shovel in hand within three minutes of our text. « The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks). »

« The loft was exactly what we needed. We went to a show in Mt Pleasant and hotels there are very overpriced compared to this great option. They had a small grill waiting for me to prep our dinner Sat night which was much appreciated.Very comfortable, a great location and everything we could need, nice touch with the treat basket!Only suggestion would be a small set of steak knives. Will definitely come back if we have a chance »

« Check-in was easy. The friendly host sent us a text message with the code. We loved the small town, Main Street location, and we stayed there to visit major attractions in Grand Rapids. After our sightseeing, Lowell was on our way home.The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was outstanding. »
