« The oven was dirty. I turned the oven on when we arrived to put a lasagna and a terrible smell immediately happened. Something had spilled over in the oven and it was awful. Also, the outsider grill was very dirty. We cleaned half for sometime so we could cook burgers. »

« Beautiful comfortable home with every amenity you could need.The view from the deck is wonderful and the fire pit was a nice addition for the chilly nights we had.This is the place to stay in Black mountain!! »

« The house was beautiful and worked well for our need of 4 bedrooms and at least 2 baths We had a wedding at camp rockmont so we didn’t use the house but to sleep and rest. »

« We had a really good time, the house is very beautiful, it feels like home, we rested our minds and body just what we needed, I would really recommend this place, John and Billie the Hosts were incredibly helpful and nice, thank you so much for hospitality and for welcome us in your place we really appreciate it. 😊 »

« Great little place to stay! The kids enjoyed the creek and the sleeping cubbies in the loft. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It rained most of the time so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the deck or fire pit unfortunately. Excellent location. Wonderful and very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay and would book again our next trip. »

« Very nice lakefront house the property was beautiful and very peaceful. The host was very helpful and quick to respond, was a great overall stay if you want a getaway to just relax and reset. House was very well maintained and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen. »

« Great space for a long weekend. There were 8 women in our group. Plenty of room for watching movies and playing games. The restaurants we wanted to go to were very convenient to the house. The one issue when the breaker tripped was quickly resolved with a quick call to find the location of the breaker box. Would definitely rent again. »

« Great house with amazing view!! Our group enjoyed the house and outdoor balcony. Gas firepit was nice on a cool night. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Bonus, every bedroom had it's own bathroom which was great for three couples traveling together. Communication with the host was very good, all questions answered quickly. We got an immediate response from the host when we encountered a small check in problem. We would recommend this house and plan to stay here again if our...
