« The best location ever to just hang out in town and go walk around! Owners were above and beyond responsive!! We loved our stay! »

« There is road construction through town but it did not take away from the charm or beautiful surroundings. It made walking easier too because the traffic is slow and alllows for crossing the roads. The side walks are still accessible too. »

« I was excited to come back to pagosa springs. The condo was nice and clean. It was also cozy and comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only issues were that even the though the condo is across the street from the lake there isn't public access to it. My daughter in law couldn't get the wii to work but we probably wouldn't have used it anyway. The wildlife and views are amazing definitely worth the expense! »

« Great property. Convenient to town, and right off the local walking trail. The kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer to cook your meals. I think that they could use a few more spoons (this is such a minor complaint, but it's the only thing I could think of). »

« The condo was super cute. Looked like the pictures. The only thing I’d have to say negative was that the door lock was not easy to lock, had to slam the door to get it to latch and be able to lock the deadbolt. The bed was extremely comfortable and the surrounding was peaceful. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa at this condo. Hands down the view is spectacular!! We loved watching the sunrise each morning from the living room facing the lake and mountains. The space and furniture is very comfortable and accommodated us well. Another huge plus was how quiet it was. We'd definitely stay again. »
