« I don’t usually leave reviews but since the property didn’t have any I thought I would. We enjoyed our stay and the host answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay again. Pagosa is split into 2 sections of town and this is a great location if you want to be on the west side of town. I have used VRBO since 2006 and I don’t know when iTrip and VRBO merged but I could have done with less messaging from iTrip. I think that is probably more of an issue with VRBO though. »

« We enjoyed our family vacation here! It was affordable and nice. We especially enjoyed only one TV being available in the living room. Our 3 boys didn’t pack any electronics and it was nice to unplug and spend quality family time together! The rooms were nice, it was clean! Worth every single penny! »

« This is really a beautiful property conveniently located on Main Street. It looks like a fairly recent renovation which was beautifully done with great amenities! The guest bath "rain" shower was completely amazing. We had one issue that we dealt with the property mgmt with that was unfortunate, but I don't want to take away any stars for that as it was not the owner's fault. All in all a great stay at a lovely property. »

« Wonderful location, just far enough away from downtown Pagosa Springs but super quick to get there. The neighborhood was so quiet. There is a small pond behind the unit where we watched deer, ducks, and bats from the floor to ceiling windows! The beds and linens are so great too! »

« We were comfortable here, in a condo with a rather pleasant view of the San Juans and Lake San Cristobal. The owners really have provided the full complement of kitchen needs for this tidy unit, as well as plenty of games or puzzles if you end up spending time indoors. Try Lake City-opoly! Furniture is comfortable. It was very clean throughout. Water pressure was great. Sitting on the deck, relaxing is also a requirement here as the views are as described above. We enjoyed the mountains first...

« 2nd time staying there, and 2nd was as good as 1st. Great host, clear instructions, clean and cozy place. Love cooking there, sleeping comfortably, beautiful view of the lake, em great neighborhood. Convenient location to everything, but not in the middle of all the noise and traffic. Great grocery store, restaurants, Walmart, gas stations nearby. 40 min to Wolfcreek ski. Will return again! »

« The only bad thing was that this is a 2nd floor condo with one level above. The unit above was rented (or it was an owner) but we could hear them walking and running. The last night there was nobody there and it was delightful. Perhaps advising renters that there are people above and below and to be considerate. »
