« The condo was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the main street ( nothing to do with condo; just the location) created fair amount of noise. Location is very central so close to many shops and eateries. »

« Beautiful place in a beautiful town. Right on the river with deer outside the balcony at all hours. Walk or drive into town along the river. Three levels of stairs so a bit of a climb but nice views from the top. »

« We enjoyed our stay, the unit is as described. It’s a good size and in good condition. The best part was the balcony and view. Improvements would only be, more blankets, a plug for the tub for baths, mounting the TV so guests could enjoy the fireplace, more comfortable mattress, and new ice trays. Very minor items. Over all a very nice place at a great price. »

« We arrived to find out the condo wasn’t clean and ready yet. The gentleman was so kind and the place was spotless when we arrived. You text to let me know that it was ready to go. Totally recommend this condo for its local and its overall appearance. Maybe get a new coffee pot. That coffee pot leaked all over the counter. »

« the property is located in a good spot. There's restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Supermarket is close by too - you're not really close to the springs but it's less than 10 minutes to get there. Nice place! »

« Nice large condo for our family of 12 .. beside the bunk beds room, there was a trundle and a little loft room above that. It was a quiet location so we may have been the rowdy ones. I wish that we would have had a little more views in the evenings but we truly were always going somewhere. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and then 3rd floor bunk room is perfect for a large family. We came as a memorial trip for our parents. Pagosa Sp was our parent’s favorite place and spent all their summers there....

« This is really a beautiful property conveniently located on Main Street. It looks like a fairly recent renovation which was beautifully done with great amenities! The guest bath "rain" shower was completely amazing. We had one issue that we dealt with the property mgmt with that was unfortunate, but I don't want to take away any stars for that as it was not the owner's fault. All in all a great stay at a lovely property. »
