Guests have full private access to the single-level home. Entry is by keypad, with arrival instructions provided before check-in.

This condo is the perfect space for your family and/or friends looking for an affordable mountain getaway.

Upon entry guests will find a modern living area directly adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. There is a coffee bar area with pods provided. There is a flat screen tv, couch, and seating. Behind the living area space is a dining table that will provide space for a family dinner and/or game night. Games provided in hutch.

Down the hallway from the living room, you will find two spacious bedrooms both with modern decor and furnishings. Each bedroom includes a queen size bed and smart tv. The guest bedroom also has a twin bunk. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a full bath.

This property is located next to several town homes with similar peace seeking guests or neighbors. Pagosa Lake access is half a mile down the road, which you are welcome to kayak. Fishing does require a permit.

A vehicle is recommended. Pagosa Lake is about a 5-minute walk away, uptown Pagosa is about 10 minutes by car, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Wolf Creek Pass is about 45 minutes away by car.

We live in a small mountain town in Colorado. Mother nature likes to keep us on our toes, expect weather of varying degree and enjoy the sun when you get the chance. Always pack a jacket, bring sunscreen, and remember we live at altitude and altitude sickness is very real and very not fun! Drink lots of water, eat and be merry!

Should you visit during the winter months know that:
We get snow! During the winter months we boast the MOST snow in Colorado, and we mean it! Be prepared to have to drive in snow, park in snow, walk in snow and play in snow! We love our snow! If you are driving here, be sure to rent a vehicle or own a vehicle that has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Don't know how to drive in it? Pretend grandma is in the backseat holding a tray of gravy! Go slow.

Pets:

There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 40 lbs or less.
We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Thank you for supervising your furry friends and helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Please note that excessive pet hair or messes found after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
