HOUSE LAYOUT:
This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood in uptown Pagosa with excellent views and great access to all amenities just 5 minutes away.
The entry offers a mudroom for convenience and flows to a vaulted ceiling, open floor plan living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living boasts plush sectional seating, a fireplace, enormous Smart TV with DVD features, and a DVD collection. The stainless steel kitchen features granite countertops and extensive pantry storage. The dining nook is sun-filled and peaceful.
