« Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay! »

« Terrible coordination with building managers for ongoing access to both unit and garage. Security system failed regularly causing loss of time and personal risk due to waiting for access by others late at night on the street and in the lobby. Sofa collapsed first day we arrived, could not use until host could coordinate a time to replace it. Will not book or recommend again »

« Un logement agréablement meublé, bien équipé et très bien placé. Nous avons presque tout fait à pied. Parking dans la rue juste devant, apres enregistrement en ligne (un peu stressant) Literie très confortable, buanderie appréciée. La petite terrasse derrière est très calme et très agréable pour manger. Point négatif: la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas. Assez ennuyeux quand nous venons de l’étranger. Des siphons également à nettoyer. Ceci étant, je reviendrais sans souci dans ce logement . »

« The host was attentive. The unit was much older however, it was a refreshing stay. Please add more cookware (pots/pans/baking dishes to the unit and add cleaning supplies to the unit (broom/mop); It would have been so much better. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for a nice experience. »
