« When we entered the house a bedroom window was open 3 inches.The heat was terrible. Thermostat was disabled to not allow over 72 degrees. The listing stated up to 75 degrees. With the weather in the 30’s it was cold especially when the heat coming on twice a day. Pressure relief valves were going off every time the heat was actually on. Tub drain was plugged as well. Hot water was set at a scalding hot level. Overall appearance with modifications was terrible and obviously not done by a pro. I...

« We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We loved the spacious layout and the convenient location—being so close to the beach and everything we wanted to do made our vacation perfect. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. « The house was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of neccessities including toilet paper. Bedding, etc. The only slight issue was the heat in the bedrooms and bathrooms didnt seem to work. The upstairs hallway was comfortable but mornings were brisk in the bedrooms and bathrooms. »

« The house was exactly as advertised and more. The lake view was very nice. Although it’s not the season to use the lake we did take a very short walk down there. The proximity to the lake would make it amazing in season. The host was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to my messages and checked in after we got there to make sure everything was good. He thought of every little detail that we needed for our 4 night stay. There was a wonderful selection of coffee, tea, seasonings, paper...

« The door handle on the storm door was broken. The refrigerator was not on when we got there so we had to wait until it got cold. And it beeped all the time. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to downtown we liked that. Thank you so much for a nice trip. »

« I enjoyed my stay, the online pictures looked exactly like the house, and everything was easily accessible. My only grievance is the trees at the front tend to block the potential of the house. I would definitely come back during the summer time so I’d be able to use the pool. »
