« Just a wonderful cottage on a quiet street just outside of charming Bantam. The hosts are lovely and helpful and the cottage is very well equipped. The pool was perfect for the Indian Summer weather as well. I’m sure we will be back. »

« Very pretty house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nice and cosy to hang out in. Bedrooms and bathrooms all worked well for the 5 of us. We hung out in the seating area in the backyard. « Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. »

« My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....
