« Lovely little spot. As listed, was clean, looked like people hadn’t had shoes on inside we left ours near the door, which made it feel cleaner & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Near sea streak to NYC. Great having washer, hardly used dryer would have been less if has access to washing line outside. Nice touch owner leaving a bottle of washing up liquid & large bottles of good shampoo for stay. Owner always on other end of email for any help required. Really nice place Really good holiday. »

« I didn’t expect to spend as much time in the apartment while touring NYC, but plans changed and it ended up being the perfect haven. As other reviews mentioned, the apartment truly has everything you need. It’s surprisingly spacious for an attic unit, and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave.I especially liked that the living room and bedroom each had their own thermostat. « The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not.
