« The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place. »

« Hotel was okay went for a birthday trip. Staff were nice. Had dirty sheets on bed and didn’t notice until almost time to check out. Not sure why considered 4 star hotel— more like 3 star. Did not live up to expectations. Breakfast from on site coffee spot was not edible. If I go back to Lake Geneva I will choose another hotel. »

« The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay. »

« Check-in was excellent. Sandra at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they surprised us with a room upgrade. The entire experience was smooth and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. »

« The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site. »
