Auberges à Island Lake

« Stationnement payant ? »

« I don’t want to write a review, but it was not a good stay. Definitely not up to Hilton or Doubletree standards. »

« - no hot water - no high chair for children - walls in elevator are holding with duct tape - strong smell of humidity in the room - no towels at the pool »

« Chambre très propre »

« Le petit dejeuner est compris dans le prix, il n'est pas fabuleux mais il est tout a fait honnete. Le personnel est sympathique et cordial. Il y a une piscine ce qui peut etre un plus pour les familles avec enfants. S'il y avait une chose a reprocher, ce serait que la fenetre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas (elles ne sont pas prevues pour). Emplacement legerement bruyant, on entend le trafic de la US 45. »

« Our suggestion would be to install more hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a good stay. This was our second time there. »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« The hotel was very clean and no issues with the room. I do wish the breakfast was included but that is the only thing I would change. »

« The hotel was dirty, the bathroom looked like it was under construction. I booked a two queen room and was given a two double room. When I went to try to get the correct room I was told that it was the same thing as a queen. The vent in the room had layers of dust. When we went to turn on the heat it smelled really bad so we froze all night. »
