« My family & I felt right at home here for pur annual trip to Adventureland. Daniel was very accomodating and his communication made the check-in, stay and check-out flawless. The house was clean and had all one would need for a comfortable stay. It's in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors.We will be back! »

« We had a great family weekend in Des Moines. The house is fantastic for a large group. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. Plenty of bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The game room in the basement was super fun! Everyone had plenty of space and a great time! When we arrived the front door was open and two men were in the entryway with large equipment. « Our family made a quick trip to Des Moines to visit the zoo with the two little grandkids. This location was perfect. We enjoyed being close to great food and the zoo. Although it rained (which was a welcome relief from the heat) and we didn’t get to enjoy the back yard, it is a great setup-hot tub, fire pit, and loads of shade. »

The neighborhood was quiet even tho it was only 5 minutes to the airport, which was a plus for us. The beds & pillows are so comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is so spacious and big fluffy towels! « The stay was really good for what my group needed. The space is good for 2-6 people. The space just needed a tad more cleaning throughout. I would say a bit more furniture as well like a coffee table and more pillows for the bed. »
