« Wonderful experience! Perfect location for our base stay for the 3 days we were in Bardstown for the Festival. We were able to tour all the small towns around the area, the Abbey of Gethsemani, Makers Mark Distillery, The Log Still Distillery and Amphitheater. Robbin was the perfect hostess! « The house was in a great location. I will say the split systems required to cool the bedrooms were very noisy. The other thing that I didn't realize is that the house is just open to the basement - there's no door. That may not bother some, but it was a little odd for me, coming from an area that doesn't even have basements. »

« We had such a wonderful stay! The cottage was incredibly cute, clean, and cozy; exactly what we were hoping for. It’s tucked away in a very secluded spot, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet. Everything we needed was provided, and the little touches made it feel so welcoming. We loved how private it was, yet still easy to get to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a charming place! »

« A wonderful experience. The hosts are kind, accommodating, and welcoming. The pool house is as described, only better! Offering all the comforts of home, and more. The surroundings are tranquil and beautiful. My stay was too short, but I will return. Angels Rest is a gem! Thank you, Val and Jim. »

« Incredible accommodations! They thought of everything you might need and more! We spent 5 days and 4 nights here and had an amazing time. This place is awesome from the hobbit holes built into the countryside, the huge hot tub, sauna, fire pit with swings, charcoal grill, rocking chairs on the porch, garden, fresh eggs from the resident chickens, board games and outdoor movie theatre, this place had it all and then some! « Peaceful and simple. The beds were all very comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need, and a beautiful backyard. The hosts were very communicative and recommended a great place for a Friday night dinner. Our stay exceeded my expectations. »
