« We have stayed in so many different places and always have things that we don’t love. This place is absolutely amazing, great size, well maintained. The kitchen has everything you would need for a night or a month. We loved all the details from a variety of coffee options to extra amenities in the bathrooms. Probably one of the best places we have stayed in years. Loved it! »

« This property was perfect. It was close to everything - downtown, Broad Ripple, Butler University . . . The house was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. The owner was available via email throughout our stay. I needed to add a night to our visit, and the owner couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating to us. I won't stay anywhere else when I travel to Indianapolis! »

« The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

« The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying.
