« This is a nice property for the value. The Kickback and the pool were a disaster with screaming children and parents not paying attention so I could not relax and enjoy the amenities as they were intended. Need a larger seating area also. Doubtful I'll be back after this experience »

« Upon check-in at 3pm I was told a room was not ready. I sat close by the front desk and waited and witnessed 2 other groups of people get thru rooms and keys. I then returned to the front desk questioning why I was told to wait and was then given a room. Frustrating and not acceptable. I also paid for parking and my room key was not coded for the garage. « The room was clean but there was no way to turn down the AC. The staff also accidentally overcharged us, and although they did fix it when we brought it up, it did make me a bit nervous that my friend would not get their money back! Overall not bad, but not sure if I would go back. »
