« This was exactly as listed but better! The entire experience was great with all the details. This was pet friendly, although our dog loved coming in and out to check it all out!! The rooms were accommodating to our family of 5. Clean with good details for everything to be on order! The kitchen was stocked. Laundry was perfect! We loved the schoolhouse details! Hosts were awesome, very responsive and available when needed!! Thank you so much for this experience! »

« We enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described/pictured in the ad. Any time I reached out to the host, he responded almost immediately. And the space was vast. My daughter took over the upstairs bathroom to perform her dance routines and had more than ample space to do so. 10/10 »

« Stayed here multiple times. Never an issue. I can confirm that the tow company is serious, follow the parking instructions. I wasn't towed but saw truck pull up at 10pm and go through lot searching for violations. »

« It was a wonderful stay! The host was extremely thorough, made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of my messages within minutes! The theater room was icing on top and we enjoyed it! A great landing spot AND hangout spot for our family vacation! »

« This apartment was wonderful for our stay in Des Moines. We were close to downtown, so location was excellent. The unit and building were new and clean. Highly recommend a stay here! »

« Upstairs neighbors were blasting music at 6:30 am, there were cigerette butts under the counter that my one year old actually picked up and tried to put in his mouth, garbage left outside the back door and animals got into it, shooter bottles on the back steps, both chairs were broken, food on the bedroom floor with ants on it, hair clips left in windowsills, we told them thered be 4 adults staying and there was 3 towels to shower with and no washclothes or anything, was told the refundable...
