Comté de Marion - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Space was perfect for what we needed. Overall would definitely stay here again. Owners were great about responding. Only downfall to the property (not the owners fault) was the parking situation. Our first night we had to drive around the block 2-3 times before we found someone leaving and could take their spot. »

« Neat layout except for curtain instead of door for back bedroom. Not prepared for that. Great location though. »

« The owner was very quick in responding when I had any questions. We stayed here and walked to the Casey’s Center for a concert. Parking was easy. Loft was very clean. Check in and check out was very easy. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Rugs are needed on the cement floor. Waste basket needed in bathroom. No top sheet on one of the beds.Good location. Close to shopping, restaurants and baseball stadium. »

« Property smelled like smoke and was a bit challenging to access; many doors and unexpected stairs. Sparse kitchen amenities. Noisy icemaker and AC unit. »

« It was within walking distance to everything we needed to do downtown. »

« Great location on the Skywalk. Enjoyed the game room. Apartment was spacious. The host kept us informed. »

« The communication was impressive! Answers to my questions were returned within an hour or so. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again anytime I’m in Des Moines!!! »

« Cool spot »

« I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was...

« I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back! »

« Only complaint is the train tracks nearby. Great condo for the price, would stay here again. »

« First we had a hard time checking in. It’s unclear which of the 3 buildings to enter and our security code didn’t work. While we did get a customer service agent on the phone quickly, it was difficult to understand them. It took several tries to get a working code. And then the apartment. Yuck. The carpet had stains or burns or something - very dirty. When we sat on the couch and it was dirty. There were barely enough towels for the 3 of us - it was dirty and gross. They agreed on the phone to...

« We were happy with our stay here. It was conveniently located and offered much more space than a similarly priced extended stay hotel. The area felt safe and was clean. The space was modern and decorated well. We learned it was the old Des Moines newspaper building, and we could see the character in the building was preserved in the room and some of the common areas. Parking was available on the street or the public parking garage, which was attached via a skywalk. It was a separate fee. The...

« The prioperty was exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and a great value for the price. The location was excellent as we needed to be in downtown Des Moines. The only negative at all was the sketchy feel to the neighborhood. The Bodega next to the property entrance always had a number of people milling around day and night, and there was a Police presence there several times which made us wonder. We had no problems personally. »

« Everything was great! »
