« Apartment was a good jumping point to the Civic Center 0.6 miles away. The apartment had adequate space for sleeping, but didn’t have adequate space for seating to watch TV or eating. 3 people was a tight fit on the small couch and there’s no table for eating. It served our purposes, but might not work for a group of four staying for a longer period of time. Communication with the property administrator was easy through the VRBO app. Parking spaces were hard to come by on a Friday night. »

« I’ll begin with the good things… location, location, location! It literally is within walking distance of everything in the east village. And if you need a car Enterprise car rental is right across the street. The condo was well appointed with stylish furnishings. Unfortunately, there were so many little things that put a damper on my stay. Firstly, there was no keypad to enter a code to initially get into the building. Someone was going in and let me in until I was able to secure the key fob...

« We weren’t given a way to get into the building and had to have someone that lives there let us in. They told us it’s a common problem. »

« While a studio, the stay offers a full kitchen, complete with baking utensils and pans, and it is very conveniently located in the heart of Des Moines. The bed was comfy, the shower strong, and soaps, shampoos and other bathroom articles were provided. »

« Everything was perfect. Very clean and beds were comfortable. This place had everything we needed for our stay. Walking distance to dinner and everything was easy to navigate as far as parking and checking in. 😊 »

« Parking pass was necessary to park on site or risk towing. Pass was to be inside the unit at check-in. There was not a parking pass inside which forced street parking several blocks away. Several attempts to contact the host were unsuccessful, unresponsive »

« Our stay in this lovely, clean and spacious home, was perfect. Our host was very attentive and reachable. My grown kids were able to spread out and enjoy their own comfy rooms and beds. The fenced in backyard, was a bonus for our pups to enjoy. Due to rain and cold, we could not use the outdoor entertainment area, but what a great area. »
