Excellent communication with host.Especially, we loved the kitchen & I appreciated the small room with a desk.The WiFi is great, as is the central air-conditioning.The neighborhood is quiet.For museum goers, the location is ideal.DIA is a short walk. So is the Wright Museum of African-American History, and also the Science Museum. »

« Very cute and cozy place was close enough to our concert venue at a very nice price. Loved that canvases were provided if we wanted to paint. Would definitely recommend! »

« Easy to talk with Host and the stay was nice. The floor does creek a lot in the common areas but not sure if that affects downstairs. The facade of the building looks much better than what it is portrayed in Google Map- that photo was in 2023. We would book again. »

« Nice property. Pretty simple. But a good Midtown location. Walkable to the stadium and venues Downtown, but also some bars the opposite direction. Easy check in. »

« The property listing is as it is advertised. It’s a unique property with an eclectic feel. The only issue was different expectations communicated between the owner and Expedia. They had two different check in times. Otherwise this was a good rental experience. »
