« Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. »

The brief time we did need to reach out to the host (ahead of even arriving just to check route recommendations, they were prompt and helpful). The hot tub was fantastic, clean and private without feeling too far or closed off. Would def recommend a pair of flip flops for the few feet...

« Beach was empty, compared to most ocean Access places. Rustic, but everything you need for spending time with the best view and so easy to get down to beach. Perfect for dogs. »
