« Clean, cozy, well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable and there wasn't a single thing that we lacked. Kitchen was well stocked with nice items, not half broken stuff left behind like many vacation rentals. As someone who prepares meals during trips that was very much appreciated. Will stay here again on our next visit. »

« Very CLEAN, relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful back porch with multiple seating areas all the way to the boat slip. We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much. It was the perfect place to stay in every way. We brought our own charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill, everything else we needed was available to use. We don't get to this area often, but will absolutely stay again on our next trip! »

« We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. »
