« We were a Dad, an adult son and hi two friends, so 4 large guys. The Happy Traveler Cabin was super clean, well stocked and roomy, we were very comfortable. Nicole did a great job and was easy to communicate with. We visit Starve Rock/Matthiesson/Ottawa several times a year, and this location was perfect. I posted a Turkey visitor in the backyard »

« The property was beautiful. It was remote and the scenery was picturesque. The sound traveled oddly clear over the lake. We could make out distict voices from the house across the way although it was too far to see them. We didn't mind the noise, though. The problem was that there was no wifi, no bath towels, no hand towels, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and no broom. We had to go to the closest walmart 25 minutes away to buy these basic amenities for ourselves. There was a canoe and paddle...

"Tout Ă©tait parfait l’accueil,la propretĂ©,la literie,chambre spacieuse avec 2 grands lits et un canapĂ© lit ,cuisine. Le petit dĂ©jeuner permettait de bien dĂ©marrer la journĂ©e avec gaufres, fruits, bagel steak et fromage en tranches,Ɠufs au plat, cĂ©rĂ©ales ,granola et jus de fruits, Yaourt (sucrĂ©) c est le seul reproche que j’ai Ă  faire car il n y avait pas de fromage blanc ou yaourt nature.C’est Ă  5min Ă  pieds d’un supermarchĂ© et Ă  10min Ă  pied de l’universitĂ© NIU.La piscine Ă©tait propre et Ă  bonne tempĂ©rature.Le personnel Ă©tait accueillant et serviable et je leur adresse mes meilleurs vƓux. Je reviendrai "
