« There were 10 of us over the 4th of July weekend. 6 adults and 4 children. We loved the property. I communicated with the host a couple of times and he responded quickly. It was our fist experience with VRBO and we will be using again. The kids bedroom was perfect for the kiddos. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was the perfect size for us. « Peaceful quiet area with lots of things to do within an hour or so of the house. House was cozy yet we were able to all have our own space. Steep driveway with one side paved and the other rocks. Made it work with trailer and motorcycles though. Host was easy to reach for check in questikns and anything needed during stay. Would highly recommend!! »

« The cutest house in a perfect location in Spearfish! Crow Peak brewery is across the road, with live music and fantastic BBQ at Pit 14. Close to BHSU campus as well. Loved the hot tub! Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and bathrooms. Will definitely stay again! »

« The kitchen was very spacious and lots of appliances and accessories. The rooms were all comfortable and enough space for everyone's stuff and the three level living rooms gave everyone lots of space! The theater was the biggest hit with the popcorn machine »

« The Braxden was the perfect place to stay for our Black Hills get away. It had all the amenities, the bedrooms with ensuites were spacious and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so we could enjoy dinner in after a long day of sightseeing. The hot tub was also a favorite place to hang out. Communication with the host was stellar! 10 out of 10 will recommend and rebook! Thanks for an awesome stay! »
