« Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. »

« Staff was wonderful. When I checked in directions were giving how to access the elevator to room. Which desk to get players card and navigate to eat meals. I received text messages asking how my stay was going if I needed help with anything message back. The room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will recommend to friends and family. »
