« The property was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. We had a bit of trouble finding the driveway as it was located in an alleyway -- I was glad we weren't trying to find the turn in the dark. For some reason, there was no hot water. The best we were able to get for dishes and showers was lukewarm. That was a little disappointing as I was in the area running a marathon and would have loved a nice hot shower after finishing. « My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights in the Hills. The accommodations were perfect for us. Site seeing by day and enjoying the hot tub and star gazing in the evenings. Jim was an excellent host and was there to greet us when we arrived. The tiny house was cozy, clean and fully equipped for our stay. The location just above Hill City was perfect spot to get to all the areas of the Black Hills. We would definitely return. »

« Easy access, close to trails, large driveway for trailers. We had 3 families with a bunch of kids to go trail riding. Everything fit our group perfectly. Host was responsive to questions. Only negative was the side door had a hornet nest hopefully its gone for the next guests. »

« Every need was met before we even arrived at this home. It is great for 2 couples as there is 2 beds and a bath upstairs and 1 bed and bath downstairs. Beautifully decorated and everything we could have needed was supplied. Communication was great as well. The location is great for everything South Dakota has to offer. If Vrbo offered the option for a 10, I would definitely rate them a 10. »

« The home was very nice and worked out well for us. It is on the end of Deadwood near Lead which can be convenient for several good rides. The only drawback is getting to downtown at night time. There is a trolley stop within a walkable distance but the trolley arrivals are sporadic so it can be time consuming... and they have earlier closing hours on week nights. Nevertheless, there were 3 couples that stayed and we all had a great time. »
