« Booked the VRBO on August 13, 2024 and received confirmation of the booking. Denise notified me on the 14th that both of her suites were already booked, however she still ran our c/c & took our money. I told her to cancel the stay as we needed a room for 2 nights & only 1 night was available. She failed to cancel the reservation on her part as this was her fault as the host and VRBO was in contact with her and is failing to give money back as this was my fault that she overbooked her rooms...
