« This place is an absolute jewel! The owners are incredibly nice, friendly & welcoming. The cottage is clean & beautiful with everything you need. We were happy making our “stay” our destination. Lush lawn, refreshing pool & inviting hot tub all to yourself with a beautiful view and occasional exotic deer spotting. The stock pond to fish was an added bonus. And the private tour of the ranch, which included visits with the rhino and giraffes, sealed the deal - this was a perfect vacation! »

« Despite my scheduling SNAFU, Wendy and Kevin went above and beyond in their hospitality. I dont want to give too glowing of a review because it may never be available again. But, I can't in good conscience keep it to myself. If you are anywhere in the vicinity of Texas, you owe it to yourself to spend at least one night here.We loved it so much we extended our stay! « This home is in perfect condition, and the owner responded quickly when I needed help. He kindly extended a late check out time when our local business lasted longer than originally expected. The home was dog-friendly and even offered a basket of extra towels for dogs if needed. We highly recommend this home! »

« Loved the house and the view of the lake from the porch. We had fun walking the shore and just hanging out with family. »

« Stayed at this darlin little place for a couple of days while visiting Texas. It is perfect for a single person or couple. Although I didn't take advantage of the outdoor amenities on my trip there were some neat options. It was SUPER clean and the decor was simple and inviting. The location is great as it is close to restaurants and shopping. The host thought of everything from complimentary bottles of water to a hair dryer and everything in between. « Nice property. Would prefer king beds. Garbage disposal didn't work and the customer support person wasn't interested in having it fixed, so one side of the sink was unusable. »
