« Great family friendly place to stay. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Access to the beach was amazing, short walk to the end of the street and you are right on the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and clean. It's away from the major tourist part of the beach which we preferred. Highly recommend staying here. »

« The cottage was clean and exactly as the picture. It was at 5 minutes walk from the ocean, perfect. However, The codeed lock broke and we lost half a day locked out side. Also, we lost the Wifi connexion on wenesday and the onwer did nothing to get the Wifi back. Result. No connexion, for the major part of our stay (4/7days). This situation had a major impact on our trip because the wifi was our only way to be able to use our cellphone. Activities reservation, Uber eat sercives, emmergencies...

« It was off season for the water activities but that didn’t change the view or ability for the kids to play in the sand being right on the beach. We were able to spread out in the house as needed. Easy access to I-64 »

« The property was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four adults . Fully stocked kitchen. Also, the beach wagon, towels and umbrella made our visit to the beach much more comfortable. We stayed for five nights. Great location with easy access to the not crowded beach, Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and in a safe friendly neighborhood. « Great area to stay! Short Walking distance to Waterfront with beach, food, and shops. Free Trolley also available. Very Friendly area! Close to Yorktown Visitor Center, short drive to American Revolutionary War Museum and Battlefields. Cottage was very clean and spacious. However, bathrooms are kinda small and shower doesn’t have strong water pressure. There is only one bedroom with a door, other bed is in open area outside bedroom. We enjoyed a short stay for our anniversary weekend. »

« Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last. »

« Stay was very enjoyable. Close proximity to the beach, but does require crossing a main road. Home was very clean. Two minor inconveniences but did not impact overall trip. One could’ve been user error. Could not get outlets to work in one of the rooms and the second was a light bulb went out in a bathroom which we swapped with another extra bulb in a different room. »

« Great location on the water, owner obviously has taken great care of property, house accommodated our family beautifully, including two well behaved dogs, and house had all amenities. Host very friendly and helpful. We hope to return. »
