« There is not a lot of option for that many people in New York so we were pleased to be able to find a beautiful house like that. There were some shortcomings in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Certain areas of the house had odor issues. The kitchen is quite small (hard to fit two people at the same time) but had loads of specialized equipment and appliances (Keurig coffee maker, separate espresso maker, air fryer, waffle iron, blender, food processor, separate additional freezer in pantry, etc.).
