« My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my cousins wedding at Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. We are a family of 4 (with little kids, age 2 and 6) and my brother and his teenage daughter stayed with us also. This house was really great. It's VERY spacious. All of the bedrooms are a comfortable size. The house was clean and matched my expectations well from seeing the pictures. « My daughter was doing a college program near the location of this apartment so we took our chances .... so glad we did. What a great apartment and location. Yes, the bridge traffic dumps out here but it really wasn't loud at all. And the neighborhood around it has tons to offer. Management company was top notch and responded quickly to any emails I sent. Would definitely re-rent this place for sure! Thanks for a great week! »

« Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio »
