« Beautiful, cozy rental. Everything was super clean, and owner/management had thought of every detail a visitor might need. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. We particularly enjoyed morning coffee sitting out on the nice back covered porch: comfy outdoor chairs and privacy of the pretty little backyard! Lovely quiet neighborhood! »

« This house was perfect for our stay! It was the perfect size for two. The house was clean and has wonderful modern appliances that worked great! The host was responsive to any questions or concerns we had (we encountered an injured baby deer that we wanted to make sure was safe and taken care of). I would absolutely recommend this to house to anyone staying in Kerrville! »

« We booked this property for a baseball weekend. Unfortunately the tournament canceled due to weather so we stayed in all weekend. The home is like a time capsule but in the most coziest way. You definitely felt like you were at your grandparents house. Everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and was well stocked with everything you need. There’s only one tv in the living room but other than that it was a great place. »

« This is a beautiful property. Great for a relaxing trip to the hill country. Centrally located to visit the river, Lost Maples, and also not far from Fredricksburg and the surrounding towns. The owner was communicative and gracious. Highly recommend this place. »

« I really enjoyed my stay at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable. The inside is nicely updated and the outdoor patio area was lovely with lots of shade. The property sits up on a hill with lovely view and nice breeze. River access is right across the road so very easy to get to. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back. »

« Love the vintage collection and decoration to make this a "Red Barn". Everything you need for a get away. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a full breakfast and late night snack. Host is very nice to take us to kayaking in the near park. Nice view to the valley. You may also welcome by the deer in the morning. »

"La chambre était magnifique et les piscines étaient super. L’endroit est calme et propre. Un seul bémol pour moi, que la salle de fitness ne soit pas accessible 24h/24 qui aurait pu être pratique lorsqu’on a un planning chargé"

"Menage pas fait ,la poubelle etait sale ,il y avait des poils sur les toilettes ,des miettes en dessous du lit ,le micro onde etait sale et avait une odeur de nourriture ..et lorsqu' on a fait remonter les infos...la personne s' occupant ( soit disant )du ménage n' etait pas contente... Quand à l'amabilité du personnel ,sauf le monsieur qui était désolé..."
