« Menage pas fait ,la poubelle etait sale ,il y avait des poils sur les toilettes ,des miettes en dessous du lit ,le micro onde etait sale et avait une odeur de nourriture ..et lorsqu' on a fait remonter les infos...la personne s' occupant ( soit disant )du ménage n' etait pas contente... Quand à l'amabilité du personnel ,sauf le monsieur qui était désolé... »
