« Check in was horrible. We never heard from the host on check in instructions or access gate code. Messaged him many times. VRBO was able to get us the access code and house key after about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. When I finally received a response, host was indifferent and stated that someone else was supposed to take care of it. The location of the house with waterfront and pier were excellent. The inside was clean except we found two dead roaches. The house needs some work but...

« Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...
