« Had everything we needed for the two nights we were there. Place was easy enough to find, instructions for check in and rules were adequately communicated, and there was plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. It shows a little wear and tear, but that's something to be expected. Overall, highly recommend for a couple looking to get a decent, private place to stay in a very nice area. »

« The property is part of a wider complex that had recently experienced a significant fire with a number of the other units in the complex completely gutted and being rebuilt. The fire was not disclosed in the listing and only advised by the owner that there was construction occurring a day or two prior. « The stay was fine for one night. Neighborhood was absolutely safe and friendly. A lot of places to go close by for dinner. Not convinced the size is worth the price but it was good for a weekend getaway. I would recommend but doesn’t really have any amenities. The parking spot designated is meant for a small vehicle. The back Pathway wasn’t cleared of ice and my husband had to handle it. I did message the host about the ice but didn’t get a response. Over all, it was ok. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas! »
