« I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6 since they had a sign on the door that said only 4 to a room. When I arrived they had my reservation but claim I only paid for one room. When I showed a receipt for a charge for 2 rooms the employee behind the counter was beyond UNhelpful and rude. Mind you it was after midnight and I just wanted to get my kids in bed. After being on the phone with Expedia who got everything fixed no thanks to Motel 6 we got up to the room and the safety latch was broken there...
