« What a gorgeous place! This house has everything you could want and more for a Northern Michigan experience. We loved the "local, northern themed" goodies. Quiet, private, wooded location but still close enough to surrounding attractions, dining etc. Very clean, comfortable, up to date appliances and decor. We wish we could have stayed longer. Would be perfect for a couple small families.Communication with Jennifer was pleasant and she responded quickly.We didn't end up using the pool/hot...

« This property was the perfect place to bring our Italian exchange student and rather large family where we could explore Michigan and have an amazing home base. She loved going out boating in the lake as well. »

« We had only done condo unit rentals before, but this house was a great find for our family with young kids. Very close to the ski hills, and the privacy helps ensure quiet nights for the little ones, and easy load/unload parking right out front of course. »

« The house itself was very cute and extremely well maintained the inside of the home was tastefully decorated for the fourth. Outside of the home had the cutest little secluded fire pit area that we spent much time enjoying.There was also a shed with yard games that we did not get into but was in wonderful option to have. The home did have central air, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The listing mentioned a window unit and I did not realize until closer to our trip and was concerned...

« Very spacious and comfortable place. Bring bug spray for outside activities. We couldn't use the fire pit due to the mosquitos. There were no garbage bags, but we messaged the host who was very responsive and brought some over. Not much in the way of silverware so bring your own otherwise you are washing between serving and eating. No washer/dryer access, kitchen towels, hampers for dirty towels or closet access so your stuff is on the floor. One bathroom and one mirror so that made it difficult...

« House was simple and a great place to stay. Pictures were slightly deceptive. Based on pictures it appears the property is on the water but it is not. There is a property that you are able to use to access the lake. »

« The full house is really nice and familial. We enjoyed all the games and pool table. The kitchen is well equipped. »

« Really enjoyed our stay here! So peaceful and secluded. The chalet was very clean. It’s spacious and cozy. Loved the large windows facing the lake and the fireplace! The upstairs loft has 2 queen beds, a bathroom and some furniture which was perfect for my parents who came with us. Right on the snowmobile trail which is what we came for. Carole kept in touch to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely would stay here again! »

« Host was wonderful. Gave directions from exit which helpful. The trash dumpster was harder to find and I feel the pool rates should be told before booking. Also found beer cans in upstairs rooms and toilet upstairs was not safe to use. »

« We ended up having a very nice time but when we got to property it was very musty in basement and kitchen cubbards.. there were mouse traps throughout middle floor and 5 year old granddaughter almost picked one up . We did see a dead mouse .. the grill was very small .. so had to purchase a grill, get propane for properly grill, get 2 Candle air wicks and air freshener .. the cleaning people were waiting for us to leave at 955. Check out was at 10. Floors creaky and only one basement entrance .....
