Somewhat dated home with squeaky floors upstairs but the biggest issue for me was when we stripped the bed we were sleeping on at the end of our stay and found a massive “stain” on the mattress. About made me ill. It was the least equipped kitchen in any VRBO we have stayed in. Location, being very near Churchill Downs, the university, airport and sports venue, is the draw for this property. »

« Someone was already in the property when we arrived. Owner blamed evolve, evolve blamed the Owner. Either way I had my family in my car at 11 at night and house I had rented months earlier and fully paid for was occupied. Evolve was terrible to work with. My money was tied up for days waiting for a refund and I had to pay more out of pocket to secure something else to fit us all. »

« This was the third time we’ve stayed at this property. We love the feeling of being in the woods while being close to the grocery, drugstore, restaurants, etc. The house has two gathering spaces- one quite large overlooking the woods and creek. We will book again. »
