« Just what we needed for a few days away. We enjoyed the seclusion and privacy. The boys fished everyday, set up the corn hole game, played tether ball and tossed around a football to pass time. « Mike was a fantastic host. It just so happened a serious windstorm occured as we arrived and the power was out. He was cutting a tree that fell across the road when we arrived. Before dark, he supplied a generator, extension cord and a light so we could see at night and keep the cabin warm with a space heater. Great little cabin in a remote location. Nice and quiet. Will stay again in the future if thr opportunity arises! »

« The listing on vrbo made it sound like it had a bathroom. The bathroom was an outhouse, or we could hike to a bathroom. The bed appeared smaller than a queen, but it barely fit in the A-frame. We could not stand up straight when trying to move on either side of the bed. Also, the mattress was worn out, saggy and uncomfortable. We had paid for 2 nights but ended up checking out early, only stayed one. There was an envelope to tip housekeeping, but I had to sweep the deck and clean spider webs...

« The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that. »
