« Shower did not work in one of the rooms that I reserved. Ask for accommodation refund they told me that they could not provide it because I went through a third-party, which was Expedia and also told me they couldn’t refund me because I turned down the offer of them giving me another room. I was the one that suggested that my party get moved to another room, but my party was courtesy stayed in the hotel until the end and then we tried to get a refund and they still said no. »

« The check in was fast and the hostess that took care of breakfast was very nice. The linens were of good quality and smelled fresh and clean. Room 106 was a clean spacious room with some staining on the ceiling and carpet from use. My only suggestion is to change the mattresses, the best way to describe the sensation as we were sleeping on a hill. Overall it was a great value and my observations were minor deficiencies and should not be a deferent from choosing this hotel. »

« There were stains on the sheets and the toilet kept clogging each time. The front desk lady said, the stains are bleach stains on the white sheets. Would not change the sheets for my daughter. »
