« The hotel is a good one - very convenient for me as I visit St. Clairsville fairly often. The property is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is fine and has decent coffee (important for me). Parking is plentiful and it’s so close to local restaurants. The only reason I don’t t give it 5 stars is because of the road noise - not terrible but you can hear it at night. Didn’t keep me from sleeping though. Overall good place to stay. »

« This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home. »

« They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest. »

« The friendliness they’re going over and behind to make sure everything is correct in your room before you check in. I requested the first floor and I got the first floor if you’re an animal lover your love this place because there’s cats outside waiting to greet you and when you came in, there were cats and there was a nice lady sitting in the archway welcoming you in. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back on March 28 and I’m staying here again. I just check to see if I could stay there...

« Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property. »
