« There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working »

« The neighborhood is actually really great and everything about the cottage was as advertised. Our only issue with the LOCATION is that it was advertised as a ‘13 minute walk to Drake University”. It definitely is not 13 minutes; closer to 30. We were hoping to leave our vehicle parked for the weekend, but due to the weather (90s in October!) and the 30 minute walk, we ended up driving both days. Not a huge deal, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for this busy mom and dad...
