« Absolutely gorgeous!! A billion dollar view!! We had 12 adults and plenty of room for everyone and we’re looking forward to going back next year. The house has everything you need and it’s even better in person when you see that amazing view. We all spent most of our time outside and playing pool. This was the best weekend getaway!! »

« I stayed here with my husband and dog. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It’s also way bigger than it appears in the listing. We had so much space, and it was fantastic. The outside part with the dock and fire pit is beautiful, and the daily view of the lake was one of the highlights. « It was a lovely location. Gorgeous view from the front porch that changes depending on the clouds and the sky. It was a bit of a struggle for our hybrid to make it up the mountain, which I definitely think this should be addressed in the description of the property. It was a bit disappointed that the front twinkle lights weren't working and there wasn't dishwasher detergent. »

« Three generations of my family (ages 17 - 87) spent a week at Ridgeview Retreat. The house is large, spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable and has spectacular views of the mountains. I appreciated Racquel's attention to detail and the comprehensive binder she has created with information about the house, nearby attractions, and dining recommendations. « The home was better than expected! It's located in a quiet and beautiful area and is super close to the historical part of Sylva. The hose was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They thought of every little detail which even included coffee filters which we completely didnt think of lol. Sitting in the enclosed back deck and listening to the stream was very peaceful! « This home checked all of our boxes, absolutely private, yet only 5 minutes to the Cashier’s crossroad. incredible view, spacious, well stocked and maintained. So comfortable and relaxing! The crowning glory is the gorgeous pool and waterfall, we literally lived in the screened in porch. Our host was a great communicator and made everything so easy.
