Due to them not having someone working in the lobby at all times, you are unable to get into the lobby without a code. We did not have that code sent automatically to us, and had to request it. « We got an upgrade to a suite, which was nice but it turned out to be next to the 24 hour gym... not so nice... the views are awesome and the grounds are beautiful. »

« I was there for training. Staff was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. Room was very clean. I did have a room with a balcony, there were some large spider webs on the porch that should have been removed. Food was very good. Overall, a very good experience and staff was very nice at check-out. »
