« We were in town for the MSU Parent's Weekend. The condo is absolutely beautiful (may have to steal the 1/2 bath glass sink and cool pump faucet idea!) and very comfortable. We loved the 2 balconies to see the gorgeous day and night city views. Biggby coffee shop is on the ground level, and the property is a block or so by the best restaurant in the city (my opinion), Bowdie's! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! »

« Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!! »

« This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning.
