« Thanks for a great stay. The backyard was perfect for the whole family, and the house is lovely - clean, comfortable, and very well stocked! »

« 10 family members from age 88 to 10 years old. It’s our 2nd visit and we’ve not been to any place more welcoming and peaceful. The location is just heaven and the docks and water views are just unbelievably gorgeous. It’s going to be an annual trip for our family. »

« Clean and comfortable. Great stay, Host was very nice. Rural type of community and towns that is close (just over 50 miles form DC area) Upclose to all the horses. »

« We loved staying at the cottage. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing and the setting beautiful. Isaac was very helpful and thoughtful in responding to our questions and requests. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The screened in porch was a nice extension to the living space. The yard was nice to have for our dog and my granddaughter. The location was in walking distance to multiple parks as well as easy access to 270. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The host was pleasant and very responsive. Very happy with our stay. »

« This interestingly titled listing is certainly an affordable home option (surprised to see it on Hotels.com - property is maintained by Evolve and it is nowhere mentioned in the listing), conveniently located in the city. However, it is not recommended and not suitable for business trips. I stayed here with two colleagues during a recent business trip. The home itself is spacious, with a large living area, a patio, a nice pool table, and plenty of open parking. That said, we encountered two...
