  • This memorable cottage is the perfect home base for your trip to Arnold. Guests will find four comfortable bedrooms, including one california king bed in MB and two queen beds and one full bed (futon conversion) in the loft, making it ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer convenience, with one featuring a relaxing bathtub.The kitchen is very large and great for entertaining. There is a gas grill on the outside patio that has table/chairs along with custom firepit. The driveway alone on the property is 130 yards and very private keeping you in a very serene setting. You can see the Magothy River easily from the yard and several windows of the property. The community beach is accessible- only 4 blocks away with picnic tables, sandy beach, adirondack chairs (pics attached) for a nice hangout on a good weather day. Watch the cruise ships go by from the house and or beach. Parking pad for two cars in front of house and access across driveway for 4 more cars. The community clubhouse is across the driveway with basketball court, pickleball court, kids playground etc...Annapolis is 10 minutes away with countless restaurants available and plenty of history. The local grocery store is in the community and only 5 minutes away. This property has deer, rabbits, osprey, bald eagles on the property each and every day. If you and your family are seeking a fantastic retreat that is extremely peaceful and being one with nature with an incredible waterview...this cottage is the one for you and your family.

Lovely property, beautiful scenery and nice and quiet! The morning and evening visits of the deer families was an added bonus!The host is very friendly and responsive to anything we needed!We all had a great stay.

This property is a dream! Many amenities that are hard to find in other rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items, which made eating in much easier. Our Mid had surgery and this provided the perfect space to relax away from the Yard. 20 minutes away from DTA with a view of the Magothy River. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, access to a washer and dryer… the list of positives goes on and on! Highly recommend!

We arrived after a couple days of traveling from Florida and were pleasantly surprised to find this place to be even nicer than we’d expected. The grounds and the entire neighborhood are very nice. Parking was easy. The lockbox was easy to locate. Inside, the furnishings are high quality. The living room has a large modern smart tv that we were able to connect to via blue tooth to watch the ball games. The bedrooms and baths are also very nice. After only a few minutes we looked out the kitchen window to see a couple deer in the yard outside. They apparently live nearby and were in the yard often. The deer along with the waterfront view created a serenity that we totally enjoyed. Later we hopped on our bikes and took a 5 minute ride to a perfect little local restaurant that is also on the water. The food and service there made for a perfect end to our first day in the Annapolis area. The next day we took a 15 Uber to downtown Annapolis for the annual sailboat show and some exploration on foot. Annapolis is a historic seaport with the naval academy at the heart of it. We vowed to come back to this property again when we could spend more time here because there are so many things to do and see in the neighborhood and in Annapolis that our two days flew by too fast. Highly recommend you visit.
