« Communication was fantastic and response rate was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for access to businesses, coffee shops and beautiful neighborhoods. The pictures on the listing are old as the whole condo needs a lot of upkeep. Stained carpet, broken closet door handles, broken thresholds, missing tv remote, walls need painting, etc. All of it looked like it was done on the cheap, including the flimsy boxes made to look like books. It did the job for a place to rest our heads...

« The only issue was the air conditioning which Kim, the wonderful hostess and her husband were very responsive and worked diligently on keeping us comfortable.They have a plan going forward to correct the issue. The only things I would suggest is dish towels for the kitchen and a red tape warning on the step down going to the two bedrooms off the kitchen. We had a couple of minor stumbles but we were more conscious of it afterwards and reminded everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience and...
