« Bien placé sur notre chemin pour aller à Memphis, parking facile. Conforme aux standards de qualité de Best Western : personnel très agréable et accueillant malgré notre arrivée tardive, wifi ok, bon petit déjeuner, chambre propre et calme. Seul bémol : nous étions au 2ème étage et malheureusement pas d’ascenseur, compliqué avec nos bagages mais pas du tout un frein pour passer une bonne nuit. »

« Upon checking in I got my key card for the room. I went to my room with my bags and there was a half dressed woman already in my room. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Once inside my room I looked around and and noticed yellow stains on the sheets and dirty shower floor. After thinking about the first incident with the woman already in my room I realized that she may have a significant other coming that might not be ok with what happened to her. « The staff was very friendly & the room was very quiet & clean. Close to restaurants & shopping. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available »
