Il manquait une serviette de douche. Sur les photos la cuisine fait effet mais elle est entièrement vide , il n'y a même pas un verre. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres entre elles ainsi qu' avec l'extérieur qui est bruyant. Bref une nuit qui n'a pas été reposante, je regrette... »

« I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. « This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset.
